1.excellence/passion... they should have passion and should be best in what they do.

2.Communication.... they should be good communicators.... if they are not they always had an assistant like Swami Ramakrishna had Swami Vivekananda

3. Relationship..... they must always maintain good relationship even in adverse times and always speak with love and care to each and everyone.

4. Faith/Belief they should have total faith and belief in what they are doing

5.Values/Principles.... Whatever they do must have a value system and they must also ensure in executing them with utmost integrity with high principles

6. Method/Process.... They must have a method in executing them a well planned method or process to do what he want to do with finesse


7. High Energy They must high energy both physically and mentally and spiritually... They should be able to attract people towards them with their energy. To maintain this energy they should always have a physical exercise... spiritually and mentally alert they must not waste time with energy depleting activities... By this way they can have high energy... one of the best way to attain high energy is to go to spiritual location regularly and just sit there.
